having problem with usbpro vender intro fail

I am using xbox 360usbpro to flash a benq and i can't get past the first step. Usbpro detects benq just fine but when i click benq unlock it gives me this mesage-

Vendor Intro Failed

Same thing happened when i tried it with my hp windows 7 desktop 64bit and my hp vista 32 bit laptop, the benq drive is stock firmwar. Any advice would be much apreciated

i just noticed you didnt get an answer, if it were me i would try it with the tray half open see what happens

yeah i tried that and about everything i can think of and it just would'nt go into vender intro, I also tried doing the disc drive power off and on within one second through Intro/Device ID and also didn't work, thanks for replying.

are you using the newest version of JF i think its 1.82, there were some issues with 81
