So I have tried a couple guides around here on doing this but so far, unsuccessful. I have Verbatim DVD+R DL disc, a dual layered DVD burner, AGBX, and ImgBurn. Do I not burn the ISO file, just the .dvd file? I keep getting a I/O error message saying failed to read sector. Anybody know what the problem is? Please help!

I use the .dvd file (about 1kb) and have only had a couple of bad burns. Your burner may be the issue, as well. I also use Memorex discs with no issues burning at 2.4x

My drive is a Optiarc DVD+-RW AD-7580S FD06.

Did you remember to set the layer break if you're burning the ISO?

I have been burning the .dvd file. I've had about a 50% success rate.
