Help flashing Xbox 360 with Laptop

Hey, i'm after flashing my Xbox 360 with my laptop. I'm wondering what i'd need?

I have an Acer 5535 laptop, if anyone could find something that works with it?
I have found these two items, would either of them work?

USB to eSATA

Laptop 54mm PCMCIA CardBus Adaptor with 2 SATA Ports

Help would be appreciated, anything else i'd need? Thanks.

Use the PCMCIA card rather than the USB/SATA adapter. Results from the adapter are inconsistent, at best.
