Help I CAN'T BREAK my xbox 360!!!!!

So for reasons I am not going to list, I am trying to RROD my xbox or at least get the e74. Does anyone know a good method for doing this? I am not having much success.
I have tried a lot of things the last two days. I first opened the xbox, disconnected the fans, reassembled the xbox, covered all of the holes, and wrapped it in a towel. I did this for a while, and all i got was the two red rings that say it is over heating.
I also let it over heat and then tossed it in the freezer for a bit. Let it thaw and then plugged it back in and let it over heat again!
My last attempt was to remove the heat sinks and let it over heat.
The problem I think I have is either mine was properly designed and assembled (yeah right!) or that once it reaches a certain temp it just shuts everything except the LED's off.
Anyone have any idea?

well if you were attempting to break it to get it repaired by MS, you were pretty stupid for taking the heat syncs off since they will be able to tell that and reject the console. what you should have done was just claim it has RROD every hour or so and sent it in.

This all depends on how good you are. I do it all the time and have sent them in with no problems.

they wont even check that before they send out a replacement unit they just make sure the warrranty seal is intact and there is no physical marks of tampering your new unit will be at your house before they even begin to disassemble your old one

Not true. If the back has pry marks depending on the tech, it will get marked as tampered.

There are no signs that it has been tampered with, and the warranty seal will be intact when it is shipped back. Think sending it in and just saying it RROD's occassionally is my best bet?

if you put x-clamps on it forget it.
EDIT: if you keep the cpu cool you could over heat the gpu. and i dunno if you can put it back together and make it look stock or not, sorry i forgot you hadnt done the x-clamp fix.

Dunno if it'll work or not, but a buddy of mine gave my 360 the drive error by turning it on, putting a game in and moving the 360 to plug in his ipod in the back. That being said, my advice is to turn it on, put a crappy game or movie into it, then shake it like you're tryin' to make some Jiffy-Pop. If nothing else you'll probably feel better for getting to shake the crap out of you x360!

the drive is bolted to the case i doubt that is going to do any good.
