Help me pick out the best thermal compound for my 360.

I have an rrod and so I want to use the x-clamp trick. I stay in India and these are the options I have :-

1) Original Intel Thermal Paste/Grease For CPU Fan

2) Cooler Master Cooling Thermal Compound

3) Cooler Master Thermal Fusion 400 compound

4) OCZ Freeze Extreme Thermal Conductivity Compound

Which one should I pick? One more thing, our coins are made of stainless steel . So I can't use it for the penny trick. Which metal should I use? Copper or Zinc?

Are any of these ceramic based? I know alot of people will tell you to stick with Arctic Silver 5 but I have had alot of success with using Arctic Silver Alumina (Ceramic Based) when fixing consoles. I have a console going on two years that I play 5-7 everyday with the X-Clamp fix and the mentioned thermal compound. =)
