Alright I've been looking around for a few days now and havent found any clear help dealing with my particular issue(s). I've been a guest on this site for some years so when I pulled out my last hair I decided to sign up here figuring this would be the best place to start and find some friendly knowledgable assistance.
Ok to start with I've aquired a disassembled 360 with a burned out benq drive, and a brand new samsung ms28 drive. I am unsure of how/what program I should use to extract the benq's firmware and then how to inject the key into the samsungs firmware. I would also like to flash my new drive to play backup copies of my games as I have 4 kids who love to fingerprint,scratch , and play frisbee with my originals lol. So if any kind soul could walk me through this process as gently as possible I would be forever grateful for their help. I think I've given all the prudent info regarding this situation. If not please let me know what else I can offer to help anyone assist me.
