Trying to flash to the new lt v1.1 firmware. The drive shows up on the drive properties, but when I click "benq unlock" it says "

Sending Magic Keys to Drive on port 0xC8A0
..........................................
Done!
Sending Vendor Intro
Vendor Intro Failed

Does anyone know why its doing this?

Did you power on the drive with the tray half-opened? If you haven't try that.
