If xbr got corrupted, then it'd have the e79 error. And you could simply reflash the nand. E74 is a problem with the scaler chip and is just about as common as the rrod. In fact, e74 got so bad that MS extended their 3 year warranty to cover not just the rrod but also the e74.

I think he may just be trying to pull a quick sale.

i use xp for it for all mine. and assuming that he will give you the original nand dumps, its recoverable for the most part.

Right. You'd need the original nand dump.

I had two boxes with the 7363 dash, but the CB was NOT exploitable.

It means you can use either one of those for the ground. I use the on by the LPT16 & LPT17 (a little less clutter).

agreed, the ground by the a/v port is a lot easier to use. easier to get in there with the iron and yea.

This is my personal JTAGed box. The very first one I did. Notice that beige by the green wire. That's my ground wire. Like I said, this was my 1st JTAG, I've cleaned up the installs quite a bit. The coupler is used for easy re-flashing, although it's not necessary anymore because of the 360Flash program, I still install them just in case.
