Ok guys i have been trying to flash my BenQ drive for a few days and im stuck i can get the computer to pick up the drive just fine but after i click unlock benq this is what i get.

Vendor Intro fails every time? i have tried a few different things and yet nothing seems to work.... Im completely lost on what to do next any help would be great!

are u using the sata card or your pc chipset

I am using the sata port on the motherboard (pc chipset is motherboard?) correct??
