Help with Lian Li Pc-XB01 fan swap

Hey Guys,I just swap the stock 120mm fan with a Enermax Apollish fan.When I turn on the xbox the fan leds flashes real quick and then turns off.The fan runs normal.Turn off my xbox and turn it back on,does the same thing.Any help would be appreciated.
