Help with reflowing 0102 error

I reflowed a customers box a week ago with this error. Reflowed the GPU at 90 degrees for 1 minute and bumped up to 350 degrees. Lasted a week and came back today. Today I reflowed at 150 for 1 minute and bumped up 20 degrees and left on each bump for 30 seconds all the way up to 370 degrees and worked my way back down to 150. 0102 still remains. This was on the GPU. Should I be reflowing something else as well?

could be a problem with the chip itself,,i did the same thing a week ago and tried for three days with the same result,,i said this before there are boards that just cant be fixed no matter what you do,,could even be the memory chip but giving this faults code,,
