I just got an xbox from a relative and it had the nxe update on it. It's unflashed and i just updated to the latest dashboard on it. Would it be ok to flash LT+ to it and play online?

until the new lt firmware comes out, I'd stay offline if I were you. Nobody knows exactly what is detectable and what isn't when it comes to the current version of LT. If you updated to the new dash, then the console is able to play the new disc format, and if you flash to an older version of firmware (LT1.1+ or earlier) after the update, you won't be able to play the new disc format, and they might be able to detect it. Long story short..... wait for the new firmware, just to be "safe".
