I have a non banned 360 which plays backups online with no problems, i am looking to sell it , prefer to sell it on ebay but when i search i notice most people stating a system can be flashed etc , no systems come up as flashed or whatever. I want to sell it with all the controllers the hdd the hdmi cable the 24 back ups and 4 original games i got , but was hoping someone here would have advice as how to do so. Thanks in advance. Just dont want to get into a world of you know what for selling wrong
The system will get taken down on ebay if it is stated as Flashed/modded whatever because it can circumvent copyright protection which is illegal. You won't get anything for the 24 backups, selling them is selling pirated material.

You can try craigslist.
i've heard this too but for some reason this never happened to me.
i guess maybe you just gotta be lucky, or maybe ebay only checks the titles of the posts
edit: i set the buy it now option to 70 dollars back then. i'm not sure if it helped or not, but people have bought the same thing for less in auctions.
I can also vouch for this....I bought a banned 360 elite console that was flashed and resold it to a friend just cause he wanted to play backups. The guy who sold it even had FLASHED in its title when it was on ebay. I don't know if people are just getting lucky by the aution not being noticed but I'm pretty sure you will be seeing how it's a working, flashed console, and XBL ready.
