When I was trying to flash my xbox 360, I realized I need a VIA chipset so I bought VIA VT6421A. How do you install it? Or, can you install this on a laptop? I do have a desktop but was wondering which would be easier. I know you have to install the chipset to your motherboard, but maybe is there a tutorial with pictures somewhere?

Quote: it installs into your desktop computer and a desktop world be easier, as im not sure a laptop can be used. i used my dell which has an intel chipset and it worked. and for a tut just plug the VIA VT6421A into an empty pci slot and install drivers. then you can start flashing.

you've got to be kidding! I think at this point, it is safer for someone to mod your console for you. If you think you can install a PCI card in a laptop, someone needs to slap you!
