I'm surprised I haven't heard of this prog until now. I only get into the scene when firmware updates hit.

So I type in console + X ID's into this prog and then what? Does this prog connect to xbox servers and look at their database? How did the creator manage this? Or is this like connecting to XBL but XBL sends code that says you are good or not?

Also, are you telling me if I run Fable 3, then 5 minutes later I run this prog, it will tell me my secdata is bad?

XVal doesn't connect to any servers. It decrypts the X value that you enter into it, that's all. I say "that's all", but whoever wrote it must be something of an encryption expert.

If you run a backup of Fable 3 on a flashed Xbox 360 that has the Kinect dashboard, then you will get a "This disc is unreadable" error and the console will immediately be flagged for a ban for failing the AP2.5 challenge. The only exception to this is if your console has one of the few DVD drives that aren't capable of AP2.5 challenges.
