How Hard Is It To Update Custom FW

Hello all i have a question about updating the fw on my xbox. It is currently on LT plus v1.91, the guy who done this for me sent me a folder with various .bin files and a notepad file. ( Not really sure what these are )But he said i should keep them as they are important.

I just found out all new games will require LT2.0 fw. So really i want to know will i need to send my xbox away again to get updated, or will i be able to do this myself, keeping in mind i have no experience in flashing or modding.

I am relatively good with computers so i could follow a guide if it wasn't to challenging?

But if use recommend i have some 1 with experience do the job, thats what ill do.

well it fairly easy to do .you will need to spend around 100 bucks to get the stuff u need to flash.but as there are about 2 updates a year (at least maybe more with new fw)u would b sending your box out alot.if you download jungle flasher it come with a guide to tell you step by step how to flash.my 13 yr old nephew does it so i dont think you will have a problem

dpends on what your drive is..best thing to do is find out what drive u have then open jungle flasher and read the tutorial it will tell u everything u need

I have a slim with a liteon drive which i bought pre modded with lt1.1 on it. Is it relatively easy to then upgrade firmware from an already modded 360 via jungle flasher?

Yes, it's relatively easy if you have the hardware needed. Jungle Flasher's tutorial will tell you what you need.

I'd suggest getting an Xecuter360 USB or a Maximus Lizard to do the job.
