How is ABGX able to keep running?

How does a site like AGBX is able to keep running without microsoft trying to take it down? it hosts data to crack tons of games to run on a modded console, so how does that not cause any problem with the law people? I mean unless the server is set on a country without copy right protection laws, there should be tons of people wanting to take the server down

So a game is patched and is verified to be stealth, but how do we know it can't be detected? all these information are available to public just as it is available to microsoft teams, wouldn't they devise ways such that patching would break the game and make it unplayable or something?

these are probably old ass question asked before, but I can't find answers to them.

HAHAHAHAAHAHAHA- no. They do not host any files that can do that...

There's no data that "cracks" the game. They are all just the original files that were in the pressed DVD.
