A friend of mine is selling a xbox360 elite version modded, its about 1 year old. How reliable is this version? What should I look for? My previous xbox had just every problem. Should I just get a new one? thanks.

i bought my Elite about an year and abit ago. Have never had one prob with it, except being banned of live for it being modded, but this is my fault.

Ive played for hours on end and its in a fairly confined cabinet, still not red rings or anything.
