how do i flash a liteon 93450c drive without soldering or buying anything? is this even possible. my cousin wants me to flash his drive so any help would be appreciated.

That's not possible. You need to cut traces, and you'll need some way of repairing them.

You can make your own probe or something but youre better off just buying one.

If you don't want to solder or glue, then try the LT clip - you still have to buy it but afaik it's the easiest way. Either that or send it to xboxflashing.com and have them do it for you.

Come on, man. You're a Junior Member. You been here long enough to know that you gotta shell out a few bucks to do a new Lite-On. No way around it.
