How to get rid of the E-74 with heat gun

I Have 2 xbox 360's they both display E-74 I would like to perform the heat gun fix to it and i don't know what the proper procedure would be.

I have performed normal xclamp replace ment and attempted overheat it 2 times with no result still unfortunate E-74 displaying.
