Ripping games using the newest ixtreme 1.6 with built in 008 fimware!!!
Ive been all over forum threads finding the easiest way to do this! I figured out my own. Everyone uses XBC which is a great app, but for me its unnecessary since I have a JTAG 360. This tutorial will also work for regular modified drives as well if you wanna play game with stealth patches.
Things needed:
Xbox 360 drive flashed with ixtreme 1.6
onboard sata with via 6421 or pci card with via 6421 chipset Schtroms360Xtract can get on xbins or here ABGX download here
Now what we want is to boot up the drive in vendor mode!
So doing this you need to start your 360, and eject tray.
Next what you're goin to turn your 360 off with the drive ejected and push it in halfway.
Now wait 10 secs while you start Schtroms360Xtract and then turn your 360 on. You can throw a game in the drive or wait for it to go back in and then eject it again, If done right your drive will show on your pc like this:
Once it shows you should have Schtroms360Xtract open.
Just choose your drive in the drop down window and select where you want iso to be extracted to.
Then choose your stealth options and click extract.
It should look something like this:
Once its done extracing, just open up ABGX and run the iso through and your good! That's it your done!!
If you want to go further you can then convert the ISO to Game On Demand with the ISO2GOD app. Then transfer it over to your HDD on your JTAG 360!
