Ive read the xbox360-hacks forum site, up,down,backtofront, and still can not make head nor tail of how to flash the drive.
hitachi 79 drive?
SATA connection on motherboard, or does it have to be from a SATA pci adapter card / SATA controller

Well i just found a tutorial on this site, how to do it.
SATA pci card/connecter. Will the SATA slot on my motherboard do the same thing? (It may not be, so it's worth asking as everyone say's use a connecter/card, but most people don't have SATA slot's on motherboard)
