ok so im building my homemade solution to power any drive 2.0 and i will make a tut when i finish but for now i need some info on how do i adjust the lm317 regulator to 3.3 volts to power the drive and im going to regulate 5v to 3.3 i know i need 2 resistors but i dont know the ohms needed.

tried other sites but none of the resistors mentioned were in radioshack.(the only place i can buy them from in puerto rico)

and also i need to know how to actualy adjust it . ie: do i leve the resistors there or do i jump it

and if i need to jump it then how do i do it

i admit im a noob in this area
