Ok so My box is now beyond my repair and needs to be sent back to the dreaded M$. I still have the CD key but i need the stock FW and for some strange reason I can't find it anywhere not my computer or the entire internet it seems which of course can't be the case. If some one could be kind enough to point me in the right direction it would be so helpful.

Use xbins, it's under XBOX360\firmwares. Just find your model.
i'm all for it xbl games on a handset. i can finally play something else besides solitaire while taking a dump now... AND get achievements at it!!!

Thank you but that was actually the first place i checked and I was surprised to find that they only have the hacked versions. If it is in there and I'm just to blind to see it could you please maybe give me the path i have the Toshiba Samsung TS-H943

no you dont. just open the OFW and replace the key with his own then save it. he has his key, but not the OFW.
