i played fable3, what can i do?

i have never been online on my xbox with a flashed hitachi and was thinking of trying. i just found out that playing fable 3 marks ur system to be banned.

is this only after the update to the new dashboard or will my xbox still be marked if i only played fable before the update? if so can i fix this?

I also have a hitachi, chances are you maybe alright as some (perhaps all hitachis) do not have the ability to perform the new ap2.5 check. I haven't tried fable 3 yet as I don't want to take any risks but I have played black ops (non ap2.5 game) after the dash board and have been online for nearly a year. I'm guessing ixtreme 1.51 will be the last release for hitachis.

To sum it up, I would say yes you'll be okay but if you really enjoy live and it is an integral part of gaming than don't risk it. You also gotta make sure that you have quality back ups (meaning the pass stealth checks & are ssv2 patched).

after looking it up for a while i cant find anything solid on this ban wave.

just so im clear this update just gives some modles of dvd drives the abillity to find an ap2.5game in order to ban u or is there something im missing?

also my hitachi is from an original xbox 360 (within the first year of release) so im assuming it cant scan for ap2.5games right??
