they can now read the firmware from your drive but if you are playing an original all the AP2.5 and so on will be there so M$ wont look to closely at you,but yes there is a chance,,

very low chance with LT+ on the latest dashboard. If you are dumb enough to do a dashboard update that you will be banned if the next one detects LT+

if u mod your dvd drive with a lite touch fw u can....i have done it successfully and i can play my backups online...
