Hi there
Here is a new non official version of my dashboard :

I need some report about the design, the stability, or another thing. Next official beta will be released in one of 2 day, after that, i start working on audio/video support (mplayer port), directly integrated into the dash
And this time, i have added english by default :p
Here is all the function currently implemented :

- Listing of XBLA / XeX / Xbe / God / Indie
> Icon and boxart (icon automatic, boxart you have to copy)
> Video preview
> Filter for only list certain game type (all xbla by example)
> Exclude list, for no more show a titleid (like snes360, he not have to be in gamelist, but it's a god, so, ban it ^^)
> List of game saved, so no more drive access (except when refreshing). Refreshing is in the main interface, not a ugly loading screen)
- File browser
> Copy/Move/Delete/Rename of file/folder
> Create folder
> Multi-selection
> Double panel
> Dynamic option for certain file type :
1. Add folder to game scan list
2. Show .ini/.diz/.txt/.nfo/.cvs file
3. Copy picture in wallpaper folder
4. Show .png/.bmp/.jpg picture
5. Add mp3 to playlist
- Settings
> Modify skin
> Modify wallpaper
> List of path to scan for game, and possibility to remove directly from the interface
> Language changing
> Show/hide log
> Show/hide system info (free space, temp, ip address)
> Show/hide time/date
> Choose type for temperature (celsius/Fahrenheit)
> Resize of screen
> Configure FTP
> Configure LED
> Configure FAN speed
> Choose apps folders
- Mp3 player
- Image viewer
- Calculator
- Menu from where you can access to certain special function ( picture/text viewer, calculator, mp3 player )
- FTP server (by default: user>xbox pass>xbox port>21)
- System info on main screen (ip address, temperature, free space of all drive)
- Panel for time/date
- Virtual keyboard, with usb keyboard support
Here is the changelog since last release :

- Option : Possibility to choose the apps folder
- Generic file/folder selection system (example : choose a folder for image viewer, directly from image viewer, without having to use file browser)
- Bug corrected> Apps freeze when navigate to next/prev picture when no folder are defined
- Image viewer : you can now choose a folder to browser directly from here
- Text viewer: open/close file with menu, like notepad
- Mp3 player: playlist handling
- Mp3 player : file/folder adding directly from mp3 window
- Mp3 player : restart mp3 playing at startup
- Bug corrected> Volume changing not worked correctly
- Mp3 player : Temporally disabled, since i have to finish it
- Settings : you can now configure the FTP server (user, pass and port)
- Bug corrected> Copy/Move in folder mode without selection bugged
- New function: Virtual keyboard (not a ugly XUIKeyboardUI), who work with USB Keyboard
- Translation need to be updated (for now, only english and french are ok)
- Game : Save of gamelist automatic, for reduce drive access
- Browser : use the new virtual keyboard for create and rename file/folder
- Text viewer: add .csv ext for text file
- Settings : settings of LEDS (for now, off/green/orange/red, and in the futur, i will add the possibility to set color depending on each temp )
- Settings: you can now set manual speed for FAN (cpu/gpu). Speed is saved, and will be reused at each launch. Work in real time, when you use the slider, the speed change (so, you can adjust it very good)
- Emulator : You can now choose god for shortcut, or more generally, a pirs file
Here is the goal before next official release :

- Option for choose between automatic/manuel download of boxart
- Ask before delete
- Size in file browser (after the name)
- Recursive scan for xex/xbe folder
- Speed-up of HD wallpaper extracting
- Looking for xbla on usb
And function that will be implemented in futur release:

- Save manager
- File archiver
- Extract and patch of xex
- Path xex for long filename
- Back button : full info window (active service, like ftp, ntp ..., ip etc...)
- Edit/Save for text viewer
- Repeat/Shuffle for mp3 player

Try and give feedback ;) (all language will be reimplemented for the next official beta, because after this, i start working on mplayer port, no more release, except for bug and small function, like reading xbla from usb)

Nice one. I didn't see this post. Ill give this a try tonight and let you know what I think. From the sceenies, it looks good though.
