I went on ebay in an attempt to sell my banned elite xbox 360 console. I came across Ebay's Instant sale which offered me $40 for the console. They never asked if it was banned but did ask if it was working which it is. How do you think this will turn out?

this isn't 100% but i thought it was against the rules to sell modded boxes on ebay. don't take my word for it though. i'm sure somebody here will clear it up for you.

who knows. let us know what happens. are you going to be ok with "pulling a fast one" on somebody? it would suck to have some kid be super excited he just got a 360 and then it be banned.
