Now, I have noticed recently that my VUZE syncs up with my Xbox. I tried googling some tutorials or maybe even a step-by-step on how to just DL a torrent there that just may happen to be a 360 game and use VUZE as a hub to play it with.
In short. Vuze DLs and holds the game in it's library and I play it on the 360. Any ideas on this. I would love to save some cash and not risk flashing everything with a mod.
Sorry, it won't work like that. The closest you can get is to get a homebrew console and then you can play games directly off of the 360's hard drive. That basically bans your system outright, however.

I kind of figured that. I was real curious as to the main file that the disks use. If I can find and host the bits to a disk on a central location on my home network I could not then lie to the console about the disk?
What if the process had a disk DLed onto the 360 HD? Say I borrow Mirror's Edge. Download the disk, then host the parts on my PC. Anything like that an option?
In theory, I imagine that 'emulating' a DVD drive and tricking your 360 into thinking a disc is there when it really isn't is possible. However, that has not been attempted, as far as I know.
The only way that playing full games without having the disc is possible is by doing the homebrew/JTAG hack to your 360. Using that method, you can FTP transfer files, including game images, onto a hard drive that is connected to the 360, be it internal or external. I imagine that network shares may work the same way in the future.
