Is anyone getting banned yet for using 1.61? I have an old 360 with a benq in it and was wondering if people have heard of anyone getting banned yet?

MY benq 1.61 is still going, survived the november banwave and still sailing strong.

I know 3 people that got hit with 1.61. All playing the same rips and all banned on the same day.

when did they get hit? I think i'll use it for off line but some games like Dragon Age need to be on live to play the downloaded content though?\

they got it back in november when it was going rampant. I think the wave is over and the only ones being banned are ones that were flagged previously.

I've had 2 benqs online since late december with 1.41 non stealth that havent been banned

I think you can be flagged for quite some time before you get banned also...M$ likes to keep everyone guessing on banning..lol

If a guy goes non stealth will the disks checked with abgx work?

Yes of course they would.
Non stealth just means the firmware won't do a check to see if the game is stealth patched.
