Is my Xbox JTAGable?

I couldn't find any specific information anywhere so I thought I'd post here.

Im new to all the Jtagging business and before I get started I need to know if its even possible for me at all. My Xbox is:
- Xenon (It was purchased brandnew in November 2006)
- No HDMI port
- Dashboard 2.0.9199.0
- Banned From XBL December 14th 2007
- Has NXE from recent games

It has dash 2.0.9199.0 so no, it is not JTAGable.

Im guessing there is no way to downgrade that then?
