Is PES2010 a wave 4 game?

Does anyone know the answer to the above?

I have managed to play this game via download. I have just read somewhere that this is in fact a Wave 4 game, meaning that i have already have the updated software which i was unaware i had.

The PAL version is wave 3. The NTSC-U version is wave 4.
