i was forced to buy memorex recently for the first time in 3 years. i have burned about 15 bad discs at least maybe more. using verbatims i probably only had 5 bad discs but i know they were my fault that they turned out bad. the memorex are just garbage and they get cannot read disc errors CONSTANTLY. stick with verbatim cause the cheaper brands just do not work properly!

If you send me questions on Live about modding or anything related i will block you. Dont be an idiot.

not having to change my drive or laser is worth it. plus its a pain when my game says the disc cant be read all the time. installing to hdd sometimes isnt an option either

I've been using Ritek for a while now and it's coming out great. It's cheap and almost every burn comes through (maybe once in a pack of 25 is bad).

No memorex are garbage, i have burnt 100's of verbatims with only 5 or so bad burns. and they were cause of human error not the discs being bad. Memorex i have burnt around 40 and had 10-15 failures. Nothing to do with the burner i am using at all.

Hey guys, i looked into newegg this weekend and they are sold out. I ended up going to officemax today expecting to pay their high price but they actually had 20 packs of verbs on sale for 25 bucks. thats a steal compared to their regular price of 40$ for a 20 pack.

I got 2 while the gettin was good. no waiting on shipping either which is always good.
