I am using WxRipper with the Hotswap method to rip my 360 games.
I then use ABGX360 to stealth it and create the DVD file.
Then I burn the DVD File using Xbox Backup Creator.
When I try to play the burned disc, the xbox tries to read the disc, makes some strange clicking noises, then gives me the option to "Open Drive"
I have the newest version of iExtreme.
I own backups that my friend made me, but he uses the xtreme method, not Hotswap. I notice that the back of his DVD's are pretty much a solid burn, no skips or lines in the back. But with mine, there are areas where it looks like the laser skipped ahead or something. I have XBC set to default settings. And I get no error messages when I burn.
