And, i i have an unbanned console, and i buy a banned one, use my xbl pro on the banned one to play, will i be able to play live on the regular one?

1) you need to type something between the url tags to make it work
2) if you're looking for a modded box to play online. buyer beware!!! nothing is considered "safe" right now
3) ask him to start up xbl for you in person so you know it hasn't been banned. even if he connects to xbl though... his box could still be marked by ms to get banned. buyer beware!!!
4) LT is out? i think i read in another thread that it's a leaked version but take this with a grain of salt. i'd assume this board would be lit up by people if LT was really out.

i'm not sure if i touched on your original question either. if you have one banned console and one unbanned console... you can play both with the same gamertag but i don't think your achievements that you get on your banned box will not carry over to your unbanned box. the gt gets corrupted.

there's a thread on here talking about uncrippling your hard drive but i don't know if that allows you to move gamertags back and forth or just allows you to download games to it.

Not. It took 20 seconds for me to hex edit a benq ix 1.6 so it'd read ix lite touch. I'd be EXTREMELY cautious about that console seeing how iX LT hasn't been released.

You could swap the hard drive but you won't be able to use your same profile.
