iXtreme 1.41 with new NXE update question

Hello, my Xbox 360 is still modded with the iXtreme 1.41 firmware (mainly because I bought it that way and I don't want to be screwing around with the insides) and I just bought a legit copy of NCAA Football 10...I was wondering if I install the NXE update that comes with the disc, will it stop me from playing my backups? I don't care about online play...just wondering if I should upgrade or not (if the latter, then return it).

nxe will not stop you from playing burned games. I don't think that NXE will even get you banned, you are perfectly safe to update especially if you don't plan to play online.
