Hello All,
First off, I'd like to know if I'm doing it right, and secondly, if I am doing it correctly, why it is not functioning.

Here are the steps that I went through:

--BenQ in Xbox360 broke
--Used JungleFlasher to spoof Samsung ms28 (Sammy) to BenQ w/ old iXtreme (I didn't know about iXtreme LT, and I found a very old release of iXtreme online, and, being an idiot, decided to use that.)
--Legit games worked fine, tried backup, and just got "Play DVD", with xbox 360 logo
--Researched, results indicated I needed to update firmware from old iXtreme
--Found iXtreme LT+
--Downloaded "Samsung iXtreme LT1.0 Lite Touch Firmware" from download page
--Re-spoofed drive with NEW iXtreme LT1.0
--Games and regular DVD's work fine, tried backup, and instead of "Play DVD" like last time, it shows "Halo: Reach", and then screen fades to black like it's trying to load the game, disc drive suddenly stops, and I get an "Unrecognized disc - this disc is unreadable" error.

Can anyone help me? I googled this a couple of times and came up with a couple of other posts that indicated that they had the same issue. Is it an issue with LT1.0, should I downgrade to the next newest iXtreme release, or what should I do?

Any and all suggestions and comments are appreciated.

Thanks,
dwmcc

So you're indicating that it's a patch I need to apply to the backup, and not the drive firmware itself?

Thanks,

I tried that, it reported that it fixed a lack of AP 2.5, and automatically fixed it for me.
Burned it again at 2.4X, same exact thing: "This disc is unreadable".

Am I just having terrible luck with the image, or is it the firmware's fault? As I said before, I have iXtreme LT 1.0 for Samsung.

Thanks,
dwmcc
