JF keeps crashing

Hi all,
I am trying to update from IX 1.61 to LT 1.1 but every time I click on Write Jungle flash freezes, I have tried JF v1.73 and 1.69 but, still does the same.

Everything looks correct, drive is in vendor mode and driver for via card in removed.

On 7 i know it freezes but just give it 5 and you should be on your merry way.

Okay now I have an issue... due to JF crashing, I have tried to get it back into vendor mode but, it keeps failing. I have tried umpteen attempts now and it will not go.

I am using a connectivity and it is a half open, it goes to 0x72 but then returns device intro failed

Please please help

It is XP I am using.
