JF not dectecting 94350c Lite-on Drive

Is there any other reason for Jungle Flasher not to detect my 360 drive. I've used the VIA VT 6421 plenty of times and I know im on the right I/O port. I have a lite-on 94350c and I'm using the Maximus Xtractor 2.3. It ejects and all but its not being detected for some reason.

i had this problem before.i changed the via card to a different 1 and it worked. other drives work on my 1st via card and other did not strange i know but thats what happened to me

Thought so....checked them with a new mutlimeter also. Im about to just go over it again cause I used a rebuild board and I dont know if the lining of the board was on point. BTW the drive door doesnt open half way when I hit the eject button on Max Xtractor...Instead it opens and closes really fast about 2-3 times and stays open...even when i hit eject again to close it. So Im guessin something is bridging...only thing i can think of.
