I have a Jtagged Xbox 360, I never use it anymore and am looking to sell it. I was thinking of putting it up on ebay, but was worried about labeling it as Jtagged. If it is being sold with just a clean hard drive and only software installed are there any major legal issues?

Don't bother selling it on ebay, you have to be really careful with the wording. They even remove ones that are simply pre 7371 dash that havent been JTAG'd.
