if i jtag a xbox 360 can it download backup games to the 360 hard drive or does it have to be originals? would like to know, i perfer flashing, i dont care its a long process to do it, but would like to see y'alls opinion
If you have an exploitable system and don't care about online JTAG is better. You don't even have to load the games onto the drive with disc (but you can, backups or original)...you can actually just send them over the network. The downside to JTAG is it can't go on xbox live and is a little more difficult to do.

Really? I heard the 360 had a "minimum ping" system built in so it could detect if you were trying to play on Kai. That's disabled for JTAGs eh? How are the servers on kai?

Xlink Kai supports Xbox, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube and PSP LAN enabled games. The Xbox 360 is designed by Microsoft to be incompatible with this kind of software. It will automatically drop connections if the ping is >33ms in system link connection. However a patch has been released to bypass this limit on J-tag Xboxes
