jtagging issues with Zephyr model motherboard

So, I've scoured the internet in search of some type of answer and none have come up.

I recently took apart my old, banned Xbox 360 and dumped the NAND to my computer. I am under the assumption that because I have a Zephyr motherboard with a CB of 4578 it cannot be jtagged. I was just curious if anyone had found a way around this yet.

I apologize if I'm reposting something, I searched a bit and didn't find anything of the sort.
