JUNGLE FLASHER WILL NOT READ FIRMWARE

hello all i have an 32 bit xp dell computer and am trying to flash a samsung ms25 drive that has never been flashed . jungle flasher puts it in vendor mode just fine but when select read. i get the egg timer then not responding message. i followed all steps to use the via sata card installing port i/o32 the only step i can not do is remove the viamraid drive thats because it is not there. i look in C :\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ XXXXXXX.sys file ? and it is just not there. please any help is needed here im mostly a noobie so any advise please explain in full as can be thanks

ok i redid everything reinstalled the sata card. did all the steps i found and removed the viamraid drive. installed the port i.o32 properly and still not responding when i click read firmware .i've read a few threds like mine butt did not work any one have an idea????

Also unistall the driver from add/remove programs, see if that helps.
