Jungle Flasher Won't Open?

when i go to open jungle flasher all i get is this message

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
Process id=0x7a8 (1960), thread id=0x7bc(1980)
click ok to terminate the application
click cancel to debug the application

and nothing seems to work for me

any help would be appreciated

What operating system are you using? Do you have dot net framework installed?

that is an error you get when u dont have net framework
