jungleflasher freezes in vendor mode for liteon 93450

I am using a LT switch to try and read the firmware on liteon 93450. using jungleflasher. I put LT switch on R/W at intro device, click yes on jungleflasher and then power 360 xtractor. LT switch l.e.d is red, flash chip properties appear, but everything freezes so can't press READ. Have tried putting LT switch back to normal, green l.e.d soon as flash properties appaer still freezes. Have uninstalled via card driver, still freezes at same point. Made sure portio is installed, still does not work. Tried older versions of jungleflasher and still can't get it to not freeze. Can someone tell me how to stop it from freezing.
