jungleflasher help !!!

hi everyone

i am using jungle flasher 1.62 but it is not reconizing the xbox !! i have tried the activate.iso disk but still nothing !!

am i just missing something or am i just stupid ha ha ha

Do you have PortIO installed?

What type of SATA chipset are you using?

yeah portIO is installed v.5

by sata chipset do you mean the sata cable connection ??

i am using a " magic bridge 2 " a sata 2 usb connection !!
is this were i am going wrong ???

If you have PortIO installed and you can't detect the drive, it could be the SATA to USB you are using.

when i open the MTK flash 32 tab it reconisizes that there is a toshiba in the drive properties but nothing in the 360 tools part or the flashchips part does that mean it is detecting it ??

That is either your DVD drive or your Hard drive.

You need a 6421 via card to see your dvd drive. It will NOT work unless you get one.

Adapters don't always work. Are you using a laptop? If not, why didn't you get the PCI card? I do not think this adapter is compatible with JF.

i opened up my pc and found there was a sata port inside but it still aint reconizing the xbox !! how o i fin out if the port works ??

Under DVDkey32 tab, check mark the box that says "Include non-IDE Ports" and then look through I/O ports again.

done that it gave me an extra port but still nothing ???

the computr is reconizing it as an extra dvd drive o some thing mus be working !! it just aint coming up with the drive only a intel sata drive which is my hard drive !!

sending me crazy now ha ha

thanx everyone for ur help !!

but i cant work this out the conputor reconizes the drive i can eject it etc..

it also reads it in jf ( i think ) gets up to rewriting the flash but fails !!! is just the card ???
