Not flashed a drive since my original Liteon Drive, and not bothered for over a year and half

so being out of the loop for a while just thought i'd check as this has always been my first port of call :)

Well i'm wanting to flash my Jasper Model with the liteon 83850.

If i read correctly all i need is a LT Switch and CK3 pro? Do i not need a probe any more?

My dashboard is the latest thats available from Xbox.

Also will all future Dashboard updates require me to flash to OFW -UPdate- CFW?

AFAIK, you do need a probe to initially dump the key on that particular drive. I have the same drive and I had to use the probe that came with my Lizard.

Flashing back to stock seems to be the safest way to go, cos some people have had issues trying to update the dashboard with CFW installed.

It all depends is if its a v1 or v2, with the v1 you can dump the key without a probe using jungleflasher.
