Just flashed a LiteOn 83850C V2 - Now my xbox is F*****d

I have just finished successfully flashing my liteon, I repaired the cuts and left it 30 minutes, and when I turn my xbox on, the dvd drive makes a weird noise and the xbox animation comes up, screen goes blank for 5 secs then the animation comes back etcetc

WHY?!?!?!?!

do I need to put more conductive glue on the cuts or something?

don't use conductive glue, conductive silver pen is much better
