I got someone to update my liteon drive to 1.9 so Im able to play but not the 2.5 games without being banned or whatever. I was wondering if I buy a copy of black ops will it being a original and not a backup undo my drive firmware?

It depends. If you are on the current dash already, you will be fine. If you sign into live and update it will flash you back to stock. BO will boot if it is retail. 1.9.1 is right around the corner regardless.
