So I've been banned for about a year, but still playing games offline. I've been using the wave patcher to path them back to wave 3 in order to bypass the boot disc issue.

Questions...

Do I have to download the new dashboard to play the newer games...fable 3, assasins creed 3, kinect games?

Can I patch these game back to 3 with the wave patcher and play them successfully?

I don't have the ability to updated my firmware, am I screwed?

What do I need to do in order to play the newer games (note...i can't upgrade the firmware)?

Last game I patched to wave 3 was NBA2K11.

new games will prompt to update to the new dash. You will have to wait to play all new games when LT+ releases
